On June 24, local time, the lawyer group of Huawei Vice Chairman and CEO Meng Wanzhou wrote a letter to the Canadian judicial minister to ask Canada to revoke the extradition procedure.

Agence France -Presse said that lawyers have submitted documents to Canadian Judicial Minister to explain the legal basis for the revocation of extradition procedures, and emphasized that the United States demanded that the extradition of Meng Wanzhou for the extradition of Meng Wanzhou is because of political purposes, rather than legal law enforcement reasons.

These lawyers also pointed out that extradition procedures are worthless, and the end of the relevant procedures is the most in the interests of Canada.

The Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) reported that in the press release released on Monday, Meng Wanzhou's lawyer group called for abandonment of the extradition process of Meng Wanzhou to meet the national interests of Canada.

Canada is in lsquo; Cross intersection rsquo; and the United States requires Canada to extradite Ms. Meng, and her behavior cannot constitute a crime in Canada.Lawyers emphasized that in our history, the Canadian government has always adhered to Canadian values including the rule of law.

The Washington Post reported that the Canadian Minister of Justice's office spokesman for the above incident failed to comment.

It is understood that Meng Wanzhou will participate in the extradition hearing of the British Columbia Provincial Supreme Court (B.C. Supreme Court), and the hearing is expected to begin in January next year.
