(Morning News) The Canadian court records show that the case of Huawei Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou will begin extradition hearing on January 20, 2020.
Meng Wanzhou's lawyers' group on Thursday (6th) to British Columbia Province in Canada proposed a motion for extradition hearing next year, and it is expected to conclude from October to November next year.
The court accepted the motion of the defense, and at the same time emphasized that it could not delay the interrogation with dual crimes.
Meng Wanzhou did not appear on Thursday.Huawei issued a statement after his retirement, reiterating that there was no evidence that Meng Wanzhou misled any bank, and Meng Wanzhou did not violate Canadian laws.
