Guo Tangyin, male, born in November 1962, Han nationality, Hubei Ezhou, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1984.

In August 1982, he joined the Agricultural Bureau of Echeng County, Hubei Province;

From July 1986 to March 1996, he successively served as deputy head of the section, head of the department, and deputy director of the inspection office of the Municipal Party Committee;
