The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stated that after investigation, Li Shixiang lacked ideals and beliefs, and his thoughts have deteriorated. He turned the power granted by the party and the people into a tool for personal gain, distorted the relationship between government and business, engaged in power-for-money transactions, and directly benefited private business owners by seeking huge profits.Or illegally profit from it through his close relatives; take advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in violation of regulations in terms of job promotion and employee recruitment, illegally accept other people's property; fail to report personal matters as required, accept gifts, gifts; in order to seek a smooth career, engage in superstitious activities.
Li Shixiang seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, constituting a job violation and suspected bribery crime. It is serious in nature and has a bad impact and should be dealt with seriously.
In accordance with the Disciplinary Punishment Regulations of the Communist Party of China, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant provisions, after study by the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and submitted to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for approval, it was decided to expel Li Shixiang from the Party; cancel his benefits in accordance with regulations; terminate his work as a member of the 12th Beijing Municipal Committeequalifications as a representative of the second party congress; confiscate his illegal income; transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved will be transferred with the case.
