According to the report, this is the first time after two years that Wang Xuguang has returned to serve in the Environmental Resources Tribunal of the Supreme Court.

During his tenure as vice president of the Jinan Intermediate People's Court, Wang Xuguang was the presiding judge in the Bo Xilai case.

After the Bo case, Wang Xuguang went to Beijing in May 2014 and was transferred to the newly established Environmental Resources Tribunal of the Supreme Court as the vice president.
