According to the investigation of the Beijing News, behind the popular video, there was a case of stalking and secretly filming the secretary of the county party committee and extorting 50 million yuan.After investigation, on September 28, 2014, four people including Li Guoding and Wang Haowei from Shaanxi broke the lock and entered the residence of Li Zhen (pseudonym), the deputy director of a bureau in F County, Yan'an City, and installed monitoring equipment above the air conditioner in the bedroom.On the 30th, a sex video between Liu Haotong (pseudonym) and Li Zhen, then Secretary of the County Party Committee of W County in Yan'an City, was filmed.
Afterwards, the two parties were notified separately, and 50 million yuan was extorted from Liu Haotong.On November 10, 2014, four people including Li Guoding were arrested; they were sentenced to 5 years in prison for extortion in February of the following year.
Some people think that this is a criminal anti-corruption, but Li Guoding and others are so unscrupulous in obtaining evidence and threatening, the purpose is only to blackmail for profit.According to Wang Haowei's confession, in just one or two years, I have mastered the life style of three county-level officials.One of them let me supply cement to construction sites, and I made hundreds of thousands.This is essentially hunting for personal gain.
It is the rule of law to strictly punish the illegal acts of secretly filming and blackmailing the county party secretary.But this does not mean that the violations of laws and regulations by the cadres involved can be ignored, or secretly dealt with without telling the public.
The secretary of the county party committee and the female deputy director were secretly photographed together.
