The official website of Heilongjiang Institute of Engineering announced on November 13 that Li Yaodong, secretary of the party committee of the academy, was found to have hanged himself in his office on the afternoon of November 12. According to on-site investigation and evidence collection by the public security organs, homicide was ruled out.
