Wang Ping, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1959 in Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province. He holds a bachelor's degree and is an economist.He joined the work in June 1976 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1985.
From June 1976 to July 1979, worked as an educated youth in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province;
From July 1979 to July 1983, studied at Harbin Normal University;
From July 1983 to May 1987, served in the army;
From May 1987 to July 2000, he worked in the Land and Resources Bureau of Sichuan Province, serving as a staff member, deputy chief staff member, chief staff member, deputy director of the planning department, deputy director and director of the legal department;
