Liu Qiangdong also reportedly forcibly removed her underwear and pushed her onto the bed.She told police: "I kept telling him not to... I tried to push him away.

The report also quoted sources as saying that the victim girl was studying for a Ph.D.

The victim girl later brought a male friend to the dinner, but at the dinner, she sat next to Liu Qiangdong, while her friend sat at another table.At the dinner, executives toasted each other and the victim felt compelled to drink, said the victim's attorney, Wil Florin.

The local prosecutor's office stated that the case is still under investigation and a decision on whether to prosecute has not yet been made.Liu Qiangdong was arrested after the incident, but was released shortly after and returned to China.
