Mu Hongyu, female, Han nationality, born in August 1963, from Yiyuan, Shandong, master of law, started working in July 1984, and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1984.

From September 1980 to July 1984, he studied law in the Law Department of Jilin University.

From July 1984 to July 2001, served successively as clerk, assistant prosecutor, prosecutor, deputy director, and director of the Criminal Procuratorate and Legal Policy Research Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (from March 1998 to June 1999, temporarilyServed as deputy chief prosecutor of the Xicheng District People's Procuratorate in Beijing; from September 1997 to March 2000, studied at the Law Department of Renmin University of China, and obtained an on-the-job postgraduate degree and a master's degree in law).
