The indictment of the People's Procuratorate of Tongliao accused: Yang Guowen, the defendant, took advantage of his position as the county magistrate, secretary of the county party committee, director of the Municipal Finance Bureau, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, and secretary of the Jining District Party Committee of Ulanqab City to seek benefits for others, taking advantage of the convenient conditions formed by his own power to seek illegitimate benefits for others, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property from others;Criminal responsibility for crimes and crimes of unknown sources of huge amounts of property.
