After the trial, the court held that the defendant Song Zhe, as a company employee, took advantage of his position to embezzle the property of the unit; the defendant Xiu Yule reached an agreement with Song Zhe during the crime and provided him with assistance, which constituted Song Zhe's accomplice.Both of them constituted the crime of embezzlement, and the amount of crime was huge, so both should be punished according to law.Since Song Zhe pleaded guilty and voluntarily returned all the stolen money to recover the economic losses of the victim unit, he was given a lighter punishment according to law; Xiu Yule was an accomplice and voluntarily refunded all the stolen money, and he was given a lighter punishment according to law.The 2.325 million yuan seized in the case will be returned to Wang Baoqiang's studio according to law after the judgment takes effect.
