In the report of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Liu Jinshui's resume was also announced.It shows that Liu Jinshui has retired in April 2010, and it has been 8 and a half years so far.Liu Jinshui was born in January 1949 and is 69 years old this year. He is from Baoding, Hebei Province. He started working in August 1969 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1971. He has a college degree.

After he came to the Inner Mongolia Production and Construction Corps at the age of 20, he successively served as the platoon leader, deputy company commander, and company commander of the 23rd Regiment of the Third Division., In April 1988, he served as the director of the preparation department of the Inner Mongolia Fertilizer Factory.

In March 1993, Liu Jinshui was transferred to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperative Association, where he served as the deputy director of the council and a member of the party group. Four years later, he was promoted to the secretary of the party group and director of the council.

After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, two former directors and two deputy directors of the supply and marketing cooperatives in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were successively dismissed.Just 20 days before Liu Jinshui was investigated, Tang Limin, the former deputy director of the agency's board of directors who had retired for a year, was sacked.

Tang Limin and Liu Jinshui are old colleagues. He was born in March 1957 in Yanggao, Shanxi Province. He worked in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Production Materials Company in his early years. In December 1998, he joined the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union and served as the deputy director of the council., until retirement in July 2017.

As early as June 2013, Liu Jinshui's successor, Bo Liangen, was investigated as the director of the Inner Mongolia Supply and Marketing Cooperative Federation.

Bo Liangen has also worked in Inner Mongolia for many years. He was the executive deputy secretary of the Wuhai Municipal Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Hohhot Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor. After Liu Jinshui retired in April 2010, he took over as the director of the Inner Mongolia Supply and Marketing Cooperative Association the following month.

In June 2013, Bo Lingen was arrested by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Procuratorate on suspicion of dereliction of duty and bribery.In August of the following year, he was sentenced to death with a reprieve for accepting bribes of more than 38.97 million yuan, 90,000 U.S. dollars, and 5,000 euros;

According to public reports, Bo Lingen's case was tried for three days from May 28 to 30, 2014. In his final statement, he said: I considered the fact that I thought it was a crime, and I thought it might be a crime.All financial dealings with others are accountable to the organization.

He also said that because of my personality, I also had quarrels with many prosecutors during the investigation of the case.

After the verdict was pronounced in the first instance on August 29 of that year, Bo Lingen expressed his appeal in court and shouted that I had something to say, but he was detained by the judicial police and left the house.

In May 2015, the Higher People's Court of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region made a final ruling: the appeal was rejected and the original judgment was upheld.

Three years after Bo Liangen was investigated, in April 2016, Zhang Linlong, who was then a member of the party group and deputy director of the council of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperative, and former chairman and general manager of Inner Mongolia Muwang Livestock Products Co., Ltd., was sacked.After more than a year, he was double-opened in May last year.
