According to the State Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Nur Bekli, member and deputy director of the party group of the National Development and Reform Commission, secretary of the party group and director of the National Energy Administration, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is subject to disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the State Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Nur middot; Bekri was transferred to this position by the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of the government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in December 2014.According to the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission, it currently ranks second among the deputy directors of the National Development and Reform Commission.

This is the third provincial and ministerial-level official investigated since September.Prior to this, Li Shixiang, the former vice-chairman of the CPPCC in Beijing, and Jin Suidong, the former vice-chairman of the CPPCC in Henan Province, were successively sacked.
