Fu Bai, a Naxi ethnicity born in the 1970s, became a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee after serving as the Chief Procurator of the Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate for more than two years.The 49-year-old Fu Bai became the youngest procurator-general of a provincial procuratorate in China in early 2016, and is currently one of the youngest cadres in the Standing Committee of the provincial party committee.

According to the WeChat public account of the Qinghai Procuratorate, on September 19, Yi Bai, member of the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Procuratorate, called on Jiang Xingchang, director of the Advisory Committee of the Supreme People's Court, and his party in Xining.According to the WeChat official account of Qinghai News Network, on September 18, the sixth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People's Congress decided to accept Fu Bai's request to resign from the position of chief prosecutor of the Qinghai Provincial People's Procuratorate.

Yin Bai is a doctor of law and a native of Daxing, Beijing. He worked in Yunnan for 24 years and started his career in the Yunnan industry and commerce administration system.In the past ten years, Yin Bai has practiced in many positions in the political and legal system. In 2006, he served as the president of the Chuxiong Prefecture Intermediate Court. In 2011, he was reused as the president of the Kunming Intermediate Court.Secretary of the Party Committee of Diqing Prefecture.During his tenure as the dean of the Kunming Intermediate People's Court, the court was responsible for adjudicating the case of the murder of Chinese sailors on the Mekong River.

In January 2016, Fubai exchanged across provinces and was promoted to the Chief Procurator of the Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate. At the age of 46, he became the Deputy Provincial Procurator and became the youngest Procurator-General of the Provincial Procuratorate in the country. His predecessor Wang Xiaoyong was transferred to the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and the Political and Legal Committeesecretary.Wang Xiaoyong served as the chief prosecutor of the Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate from early 2008 to early 2016.At present, there is a vacancy for the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee. According to Qinghai Daily, on August 8, 2018, Yibai attended the plenary meeting of the Qinghai Provincial Higher People's Court Judgment Committee for the first time, and said that the chief prosecutor of the procuratorate attended the court's judicial committee to better adapt to the reform of the judicial system and the state supervision.The new situation, new tasks, and new requirements of litigation system reform, such as system reform and trial-centered reform, are also important ways to strengthen the supervision of court trial activities.
