According to the WeChat official account of Qinghai News Network, on September 18, the Sixth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth Provincial People's Congress decided to accept Fu Bai's request to resign from the position of Procurator-General of the Qinghai Provincial People's Procuratorate.Report to the Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and submit to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for approval.

Fu Bai was born in April 1969. He is a doctor of law and a native of Daxing, Beijing. He worked in Yunnan for 24 years. He started his career in Yunnan's industrial and commercial administration system.In the past ten years, Yin Bai has practiced in many positions in the political and legal system. In 2006, he served as the president of the Chuxiong Prefecture Intermediate Court. In 2011, he was reused as the president of the Kunming Intermediate Court.Secretary of the Party Committee of Diqing Prefecture.During his tenure as the dean of the Kunming Intermediate People's Court, the court was responsible for adjudicating the case of the murder of Chinese sailors on the Mekong River.

In January 2016, Fubai exchanged across provinces and was promoted to the Chief Procurator of the Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate. At the age of 46, he became the Deputy Provincial Procurator and became the youngest Procurator-General of the Provincial Procuratorate in the country. His predecessor Wang Xiaoyong was transferred to the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and the Political and Legal Committeesecretary.Wang Xiaoyong served as the chief prosecutor of the Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate from early 2008 to early 2016.

According to a report from Qinghai Daily, in early September 2018, Yibai attended the fifth meeting of the Provincial Working Group on Deepening the Reform of the National Supervision System as a provincial leader.On August 8, Yi Bai attended the plenary meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Qinghai Provincial High Court for the first time, and said that the Chief Prosecutor of the Procuratorate attended the Judicial Committee of the court as a non-voting delegate, which is to better adapt to the reform of the judicial system, the reform of the national supervision system, and trial-centered litigation.The new situation, new tasks, and new requirements of system reform are also an important way to strengthen the supervision of court trial activities.
