Land business
There are more than 2,500 people in Dongbaicang Village, and the original land is more than 4,000 mu.When Gu San came to power, there were at least 3,000 mu in the village.In the 10 years that Gu San served as party secretary, almost 3,000 mu of land was sold, and now only 180 mu of land is left for enterprises.

Around 2004, nearly 280 mu of Dongbaicang Village’s production land of Group 1 and Group 2 villagers, as well as the village’s collective land of apple orchards, were sold to developers to build Nanjiang residential complex.Among them, seven or eight mu of collective land is reserved for the construction of affordable housing.Around 2007, this reserved land was bought by Gu San and the then village head (current village party secretary) at a price of 50,000 to 60,000 yuan per mu, and two residential buildings with a construction area of 10,000 square meters were developed.It is sold at 3,000 yuan per square meter.The villagers said that just for this item, Gu San and the others earned at least tens of millions of yuan.
The more than 40 storefront houses reserved by Nanjiang Community were supposed to be used to resettle landless farmers in Dongbaicang Village, but they were sold privately by Gu San.Some villagers have repeatedly reported to the Puyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and other departments, but so far to no avail.

Real estate dark horse
Established in November 2007, Rongjin Construction Investment Co., Ltd. According to industry and commerce data, Rongjin Company is mainly involved in general contracting of construction project investment, decoration engineering, real estate development, property management and financing.Rongjin Company is Gu San's husband-and-wife shop.Gu Xianjun, the legal representative, contributed 9 million yuan, accounting for 90% of the registered capital of 10 million yuan, and his wife Xu Min contributed 1 million yuan to the remaining 10%.
A year later, Rongjin Company increased its capital and shares, and its registered capital increased to 20 million yuan. The new shareholder Zhang Yanzheng invested 10 million yuan and owned 50% of the shares, and the remaining 50% was held by Gu San and his wife.By May 2011, the shareholders of Rongjin Company changed again, and 50% of the shares owned by Zhang Yanzheng were sold to Gu Xianjun, leaving Rongjin Company.
