According to China News Agency, the Supreme People's Procuratorate announced today that Yang Yinxue (deputy department level), former vice president of Ningxia Medical University, member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, and former director of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital, was suspected of accepting bribes under the jurisdiction of the People's Procuratorate of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region., the Shizuishan Municipal People's Procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the Shizuishan Intermediate People's Court according to law.
The indictment of the Shizuishan People's Procuratorate accused Yang Yinxue from 2003 to 2017 of taking advantage of his position as the vice president of the Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, the president of the Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, and the president of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University to illegally accept property from others.Seeking benefits for others, the amount is particularly huge, and should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of accepting bribes.
According to public information, 58-year-old Yang Yinxue is from Zhengning County, Gansu Province. Since January 2014, he has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China Committee of Ningxia Medical University, vice president, and dean of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital.
The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the State Supervision Committee showed that on August 25 last year, Yang Yinxue was investigated by the organization for suspected serious violations of discipline; on January 27 this year, Yang Yinxue was expelled from the party and public office for serious violations of discipline. According to China News Agency, the above-mentioned typical problems of acting as a protective umbrella include Cheng Jian, the former director of the Jieyun Road Branch of the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, accepting bribes and serving as a protective umbrella for pornography, gambling and drug establishments; Zhang Guohua, the former deputy director of the Mazhai Branch of the Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau,Fan Liufa, a former policeman from the Xinmi Public Security Bureau, accepted and introduced bribes, acting as an umbrella for casinos;
At present, Cheng Jian, Zhang Guohua, Fan Liufa, and Pu Gang have been expelled from the party and dismissed from public office, and their suspected crimes have been transferred to the procuratorate for public prosecution in accordance with the law.
The other three cases involved Wang Hua, the former deputy political commissar of the Qi County Public Security Bureau in Kaifeng City, accepting bribes to act as a protective umbrella for Wang Pengju's criminal gang;; Wang Yongjiu, the former deputy director of the Xiguan Police Station of the Qi County Public Security Bureau in Kaifeng City, accepted bribes and acted as an umbrella for Wang Pengju's gangs.
It is worth noting that the three police officers in Qixian County, Kaifeng, all acted as protective umbrellas for the same criminal gang.Among them, Wang Hua and Wang Yongjiu have already been expelled from the party and dismissed from public office.All three have been transferred to the procuratorate for public prosecution according to law.
According to the report, when the police investigated and dealt with the problematic hotel controlled and operated by Wang Pengju, the three people first tipped the news, second, they covered up relevant personnel, and third, they falsified and produced interrogation transcripts.
