The political ecology of Qingyang has been severely damaged., nepotism, making official wishes and other issues.The municipal party committee is not very sensitive to the problems such as forming small circles in the cadre team, and there is lax and paralyzed thinking.Some leading cadres have an ambiguous attitude towards the problems of Luan Kejun, Dai Binglong, Zhang Wanfu, Wang Qian and other discipline-violating cadres.Consuming willpower, people's congress is a misunderstanding such as a weak department; some cadres think that the current county party secretary is not in charge;Heavy question.
In this regard, the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee carried out rectification in five aspects.Among them, the case of Luan Kejun and Wang Qian transferred by the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection involved 35 city and county officials in Qingyang City for violations of discipline, and severely dealt with them in accordance with discipline and regulations.Admonish and talk to 5 people, criticize and educate 16 people, and carry out warning education in the whole city.
The Gansu Provincial Party Committee inspection also pointed out that the Standing Committee of the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee was not serious, and some non-leading members participated in the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee's three corrections and three promotions to make comparisons and inspections, which were publicly reported by the local mainstream media.The implementation of the rules of procedure of the party committee meeting was not serious. A review of the records of the Municipal Committee Standing Committee found that during Luan Kejun's tenure as secretary, the Municipal Committee Standing Committee only studied cadres and the economy, and there was a problem of monotony.
In this regard, the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee carried out rectification from four aspects.According to the rectification notice, the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee requires non-team members not to participate in the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee meeting and the municipal Party Committee team's democratic life meeting, and strictly controls the attendance of the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee meeting as needed.Strictly implement the three-level review system for news reports, and strictly follow the implementation rules of the eight regulations to strictly control the number of times and length.
The Qingyang Municipal Party Committee also made rectifications for the lack of spicy taste in the democratic life meeting. At the democratic life meeting of the Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee in January 2017, 7 of the 12 standing committee members did not explain major personal matters such as housing and employment of spouses and children.
The inspection team of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee also pointed out that during the special democratic life meeting of the party group of the Qingyang Municipal Government, the members of the municipal government team avoided discussing the issue of Wang Qian and other cadres not paying attention to political discipline and rules, and organizing and participating in feudal superstition.
Wang Qian began to serve as a member of the party group and deputy mayor of Qingyang Municipal Government in February 2015, and was investigated in December last year.
The rectification report of the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee said that Qingyang had deeply analyzed Wang Qian's violations of discipline and law at the five municipal government party group meetings and executive meetings in the past two years, and educated team members to learn lessons and effectively strengthen integrity and self-discipline.Organize to revisit the study of several regulations on the democratic life of party members and leading cadres of the party and state organs above the county level, and clearly require that criticism and self-criticism be carried out in the future.
