He said that for infringements of intellectual property rights, the Chinese authorities will increase the punishment and double the punishment. For malicious infringement of intellectual property rights, he will be fined to the point of bankruptcy.

Li Keqiang also said that China's protection of intellectual property rights is not only to protect the environment for cooperation between China and foreign parties, but also to protect the innovative development of Chinese enterprises themselves.
