It is said that the report against Wang Tianchao ran through his ten years as the dean, covering his problems in engineering construction, medical procurement, medical equipment procurement, appointment of cadres and personnel, and life style.However, Wang Tianchao saved the day from danger time and time again, and even used means to intercept the report letter, making the report go nowhere. Some of Wang Tianchao's bribery activities also involved buying and selling officials.The prosecution accused that in May 2012, Huang Moumou, chief physician of the Cardiology Department of the Provincial First Hospital, approached Wang Tianchao and asked him to set up a new department and let him be the director. For this, he gave Wang Tianchao 100,000 yuan.Later, with the help of Wang Tianchao, in August 2013, the hospital established a new cardiac rehabilitation department, with Huang Moumou as the director.Some employees once told reporters that during Wang Tianchao's tenure, he had to find connections for normal promotions, and it would be difficult to succeed if he did not operate.
