Zhejiang Online, a subsidiary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, disclosed yesterday that 46-year-old Hu Haifeng intends to be the secretary of the party committee of a district-level city (prefecture-level city), but it is not clear that it is Jiaxing City, a prefecture-level city.

The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee stated that the job transfer announcement was open to the public before July 2 to solicit opinions.
