Zhao Hongzhuan was born in April 1958. In 2006, Zhao Hongzhuan was transferred to be the director of the Management Committee of Xi'an Aerospace Science and Technology Industrial Base in Xi'an City. Two years later, he was appointed as the Director of the Management Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industry Base. In January 2011, he was promoted to the Standing Committee of Xi'an Municipal Committee.Two months later, Zhao Hongzhuan's position was changed again, and he was transferred to be secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the management committee of Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone.In January last year, Zhao Hongzhuan resigned as a member of the Standing Committee of the Xi'an Municipal Party Committee and was transferred to the Xi'an CPPCC, where he served as deputy secretary and vice chairman of the party group until he was sacked.
