Zheng Shanjie was born in 1961 and worked in Fujian for a long time.In 2015, he was transferred from the vice governor of Fujian to the deputy director of the National Energy Administration, and later transferred to the deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council.In May last year, he was transferred from the position of deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council to a member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee.

Zhou Jiangyong was formerly a member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee.Zhao Yide, the former party secretary of Hangzhou, was transferred to the deputy secretary of the Hebei provincial party committee in March this year.

Zhou Jiangyong was born in September 1967 in Ningbo, Zhejiang. He is currently the youngest member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee. He has work experience in several prefecture-level cities.

Early in his career, he worked as a teacher at Jiangshan Middle School in Yinxian County, and later worked in Yinxian County Youth League Committee, Ningbo Yinzhou District, Xiangshan County Party Committee, Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and other units. In 2013, he served as deputy secretary of Zhoushan Municipal Party Committee, acting mayor, and later mayor.

In August 2015, Zhou Jiangyong was appointed secretary of the Zhoushan Municipal Party Committee. In February last year, he was transferred to be the secretary of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee. He was promoted to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee during the reelection of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee in June last year.
