(Morning News) The Russian Ministry of Defense said on Tuesday (February 15) that some troops adjacent to Ukraine were returning to the base after completing the exercise.
The Russian International Telecommunications Agency quoted the ministry as saying that although large -scale exercises across the country are still continuing, some troops in the southern and western military regions have completed the exercise and began to return to the base.A spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense said: "After completing the task, the troops in the southern and western military regions have begun to install railway and highway transportation. Today they will start to transfer to their military residents."
