(Morning News) US State Department officials revealed that the United States and Russia will hold a new round of arms control negotiations in Vienna on the 22nd of this month.
Bloomberg reported that the U.S. officials who did not want to be named said that US President Special envoys, Billingslia and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Riabkov, will attend the meeting in Vienna, saying that the United States has invited China to participate.
