(Morning News) Russian President Putin said that Russia did not see that Ukraine had any willingness to fulfill the preliminary peace agreement terms reached by both parties in March.
Reuters reported that Putin was interviewed by the media after the interview with Iran after ending a interview with Iran that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates were willing to assist in mediation between Russia and Ukraine.
Kiev has not responded to Putin's speech in the early morning of the day.
Putin said when asked if it was possible to meet with the Ukrainian President Zelezkiski that the preliminary agreement between the two parties was "actually reached" in March, but Kiev did not comply with the agreement.
Putin said: "The final result ... depends on whether the parties are willing to implement the agreement that have been reached. The situation we see today is that Kiev's in charge has no willingness."
