Public information shows that Bai Tinghui is 56 years old and used to be the deputy chief engineer of Shanghai Metro Corporation, the general manager of Shanghai Urban Rail Transit Construction Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Shanghai Metro Construction Co.The chief engineer and vice president of Shentong Group Co., Ltd., director of the Shanghai Water Affairs Bureau.
Bai Tinghui became a member of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee in 2017, and since February 2019, he served as the secretary of the party committee and director of the Shanghai State -owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
