The Ministry of Defense of Japan refers to the task of the Shandong Ship of Mainland China on Sunday (April 9) in the waters near the Okinawa Islands.
According to Reuters, the Japanese Ministry of Defense reported on Monday (10th) that fighters and helicopters took off and landing from the Shandong ship 120 times from Friday (7th) to Sunday.
The Ministry of Defense of Japan also said that the Shandong ship, together with three other warships and one support ship, appeared in sea areas within 230 kilometers outside Miyako Island, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.
Japan official Monday also said that they have always paid attention to and are very concerned about the circular exercise in mainland China.
On the other hand, China and Japan have held a new round of negotiations on a senior marine affairs consultation mechanism on Monday.
