Ukrainian official news, a military base in Odessa, Heihai Port City suffered a terrorist attack on Thursday (February 24), causing 18 people to die.
According to Agence France -Presse, Odessa officially said in the statement that 18 people died, including 8 men and 10 women.They are currently excavating in rubble.
This attack occurred at a military base about 100 kilometers from northern Odessa.The base is near the border between Ukraine and Moldova.
