(Morning News) In the southeast of the United States, Gordona Gordon Fort Military Base in Georgia was a lightning strike on Wednesday (July 20), causing a soldier who was trained to die and nine soldiers injured.
The US Broadcasting Corporation reported that Baoman, a base spokesman, said that the accident occurred at around 11:10 am on the 20th, when the weather in this area was bad.The soldiers were injured by lightning attacks in a training area, and one of the soldiers died of excessive injuries.
The New York Times quoted Bowman's words that the emergency personnel immediately arrived at the scene and sent the injured soldiers to the medical center in the base for treatment.She said that it was unclear the injury of nine injured soldiers.
Bowman also said that before notifying his relatives, he would not announce the name of the death and injured soldiers.
