(Taipei News) Qiu Tai San, chairman of the Taiwan Committee of Taiwan, believes that mainland China will involve in the 2024 Taiwan election, hoping that a candidate with similar positions will be elected.

Taiwan will hold a presidential election in 2024.According to the Liberty Times, Qiu Tai San bluntly stated that if Mainland China does not want to affect Taiwan's elections, "this is too underestimated."He pointed out that no matter the use of funds or other methods, the past Taiwan elections can see cases involved in mainland China; some of the groups in Taiwan will play roles to allow agents to participate in legislators elections.

Qiu Tai San reminded Taiwanese not to cooperate with the intervention of mainland China to avoid violating the law.For example, he had previously received donations and supplies in Taiwan's agents or candidates, and was sentenced or wanted in violation of relevant laws.

He Chenghui, Deputy Secretary -General of the Taiwan Security Association and the CEO of Black Bear College, said that the threat of force and economic attractiveness is the usual method of intervention in mainland China, trying to change the awareness of Taiwanese voters.In addition to military instability, spreading fake messages, economic sanctions, seductive or coercion, it is also common to buy sweets before buying.

He Chenghui pointed out that another method is to use the internal contradictions of Taiwan to enlarge the opposition between different political parties, and shape the dissatisfaction of the voters to the ruling party.

He Chenghui emphasized that for mainland China, the complex ground political politics+conflict of conflict caused by directly attacking Taiwan.In contrast, a political environment can be more conducive to unification.This is why mainland China will inevitably intervene in the Taiwan election.

Some people on both sides of the strait mentioned that mainland China plans to conduct cognitive wars on Taiwan, weaken Taiwan ’s defense will, and attribute cross -strait issues to the DPP government.
