For this reason, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism jointly issued a notice on September 12 to make a comprehensive strengthening of standardized management for large -scale business performances with more than 5,000 people.
This notification clearly stipulates that large -scale performances should implement real -name ticket purchase and real -name admission system, and do a good job of personal information protection of consumers.It is required to increase the proportion of public sales of large -scale performance tickets, establish a large -scale performance refund mechanism, and inform consumers to buy tickets, admission and refund rules.
