According to Xinhua News Agency on Sunday (April 23), the Law Enforcement Inspection Team of Special Equipment Safety Law of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress will conduct field inspections in Liaoning, Shanghai, Fujian, Shandong, Hubei, and Guangxi in May.
The inspection team also commissioned the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Zhejiang, Henan, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Xinjiang, and Xinjiang to check the implementation of the Special Equipment Safety Law in this administrative area.
The inspection team will focus on seven aspects: promote industrial development; strengthen comprehensive governance; government departments' law enforcement performance; implementation of the implementation of the management system; carry out scientific and technological innovation;Opinions and suggestions of work; other issues existing in the implementation of the law.
The law enforcement inspection team will meet in late May to modify and improve the law enforcement inspection report.The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress will also hear and review reports on the implementation of the safety law of special equipment safety in mid -to -late June.
Special equipment includes elevators, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities, boilers, and pressure vessels.The Special Equipment Safety Law has been implemented since 2014 to strengthen the safety of special equipment and ensure the safety of personal and property.
