The Philippine Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Tuesday (April 18) that Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang will visit the Philippines this week.
According to Reuters, the Philippine Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang will officially visit the Philippines from April 21st to 23rd.The foreign ministers of China and the Philippines will discuss the regional security issues that are concerned about each other in the South China Sea, as well as the agriculture, trade, energy and infrastructure construction.
